Broker Comments:  These numbers confirm what we are experiencing “in the field”.  We are experiencing a shortage of inventory to show buyers, and there are often multiple offers on a well-priced property that is in good condition.  The Year-To-Date comparisons show that there are fewer active listings than in 2015 (down by 4.76%), the number of active listings that are Under Contract (have an accepted offer) is up by 22.11%, and the average sold price is up 17.33%.  The number of properties sold YTD is also up by 24.18%.
